Why are so few '77 Munsons graded?

Hello,

Newbie to the board, wondering if anyone has any idea why so few 1977 Topps Thurman Munsons have been graded compared to all his other '70s Topps years? Is it because there are fewer cards from that year, that the cardboard was bad from that year?

Any ideas would be appreciated as I collect graded Munsons...

Thanks,
Doug

Terrible print defects with that card......I have a PSA 8 in my registry set which probably should be no better than a 7 (PD). A nice copy will go for hefty bucks.

I was wondering the same thing. I need one in SGC 92 or 96...never seen one listed in 2+ years on ebay.
    Enjoy your collection!
