help needed id'ing modern basketball auto card

i have an antoine walker 1996/97 ud3 rookie, and its auto'd on the front and hand #'d 3/3 .. it has one of those upper deck stickers on the back with a serial # on it..

is this some kind of buyback? anybody know how it was issued? any help is appreciated..
