It's my "dog" roll where I put any that grade PR65 or lower. Some of the coins are in the roll due to spotting. Many are in the roll just because they have hairlines, and some of the hairlined ones look visually excellent. Matter of fact, some of the hairlined ones look like PR68's and would be called high grade by a lot of sellers who can't find hairlines, (or maybe think they don't effect the grade?). A couple may be shot PR66's, but who's quibbling?
