Actually that is a very cool coin, regardless if it is a vf or xf, you can see the doubling very clearly. Is there still enough detail left on the L, and in liberty to make out any of the doubling there as well.
The standards for Fly-In club grading for XF-40 is the lower hair curl and ribbon should be seperated (Full diamonds for XF-45). Yours looks like a VF.
