How long should I wait?

I sold to coins on eBay 2 1/2 weeks ago. Both closed on Sunday, Oct. 31. I received a check from one person 4 days later on Thursday, Nov. 4th. However, I haven't received payment from the other person yet. Also, this second person hasn't responded to my email I send out after auction closed.

Should I write this off? How many emails do you send before you forget about it.

    I send three emails before I decide to move on, but your mileage may vary.....

    file for non paying bidder and get listing fee's back. no payment yet is not a good sign
    Family, kids, coins, sports (playing not watching), jet skiing, wakeboarding, Big Air....no one ever got hurt in the air....its the sudden stop that hurts. I hate Hurricane Sandy. I hate FEMA and i hate the blasted insurance companies.

    No response after ten days and I file for the non-paying bidder. That puts ebay in the loop to get your money back. Also sometimes it gets the bidder off there a$$ and payment arrives post haste.
