Hmmmm.... Slab states NET EF 40, seller claims the slab states NET EF 45 Hmmmm....
Seller states there is a bigger patch of luster on the Eagle's wings than hair on Madonna's navel (j/k). Kind of lack luster with an extra helping of MR. Clean. Still a nice 'net grade' coin but the price needs some of Jupiter's gravity.
I'd knock off about $9,500.00 but first I would want to see it in an ANACS holder, not a picture of it on, around, or underneath an ANACS holder.

Exactly! That caught me by surprised too. First off, only half the ANACS label is available. The problem identifier is missing. Secondly, it's an ANACS insert but the outer shell/casing is a coin world holder.
If an eBay Seller is going to fraudulenty describe a coin he should do so properly!
Label's not photoshopped. That's what I thought first until I read Braddick's post. I think the label was sliced in half with a knife--then it and the coin were placed in an CW holder.

Not to mention 144 negative feedbacks. Almost a 10,000 rating with a 98.6% positive fb percentage... it never ceases to amaze me that people like this can continue to attract bidders.

Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

He has relisted the coin without the Coin World holder or the ANACS label. While this would seem more ethical, the coin has become AU55 now with no mention of the cleaning and whatever else the ANACS label would have said.
Ohh my goodness. I thought my post was vicious. You guys are animals. Well, in all fairness, the seller did respond somewhat. Not sure how to build a good defense case for the Ebay listing and photo but, I would love to hear some kind of why, what, when, where, how, from the seller. I presume someone called that number and will fill us in later. While this is not a part of our Patriotic Homeland Security obligation, I tuned into this enough to want to be learned on the outcome.

What a scumbag!
Something at first looked funny with the label. Once you mentioned it, yes. It has been photoshopped.
It is not only unethical. But it is out and out fraud!
