Need some help on a hammered sixpence

Can anyone help me out with this hammered sixpence. I tried to find it in Spinks, but got lost on the ruffles and armor. I did weigh it though...it weighs about 42.5 grains. Any help would be appreciated, including a guess at it's grade and value. Thanks in advance.

Bill

nice Charles I 6 pence-- interesting date, because 1625 is when Charles I began his reign. Unfortunately i don't have access to a value guide.

    Class 1 1625 C16D-005.

Gradewise i particularly find Charles I coins difficult, i'd guess about VG? (Feel free to disagree).

Approx value for VG is £40.
