    Gayle Kean is in charge of updating the player sets. I'm not sure where she is on the list, but you can email her at keang@collectors.com to get a status report if your cards are still pending.

    I've always found BJ, Gayle and Cosetta EXTREMELY willing to help - if I just asked nicely AND via email rather than a public board.
