Coin website problems

For those of you who knew I was having web problems yesterday, here is an update.
.
I built a page for 2 cent pieces on my website yesterday and placed the url on the BST Board. Several forum members told me they were getting a page saying the domain was expired. Sure enough, there was a problem!
Yahoo, who has hosted my site for 4 years, "forgot" to renew the domain name! I had to get harsh with them to get any response and was told they would take care of it and have my website back up.
.
Late last night I didn't have the warm fuzzies about their response, so I went to Net Solutions and paid for the domain myself. Today I called Yahoo to ask about the status of the case number they gave me yesterday. The guy from Yahoo who had promised to get everything straightened out had only written down: "There is a payment problem." They weren't going to do anything!
.
I'll be switching the domain to another host and hopefully it will be up and running again this weekend. And...I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please bear with me.
Thanks,
Mike

If it makes you feel any better, Microsoft forgot to renew their "hotmail.com" domain a few years ago.
Fortunately someone at Network Solutions (they use to manage domains before Verisign) coughed up the $35 for them and they didn't shut down hotmail. Microsoft was very apprecative!
