World Coin Price Guide

Does anyone know where to find a good world coin price guide, either on the net or in stores? I'm trying to value some gold and proof coins (mostly Canadian and Chinese) from 1969 through 1993.

Hello ar and welcome to the forum. The Krause Standard Catalogue of World Coins is the equivalent of the Redbook for US coins, only it comes in 4 different volumes , one for each century and each one of them is big and very heavy. I believe Trend prices exist for Canadian coins, as well as the Charlton catalogue.

Not likely -- especially with Chinese coins. That book only has the basic types, and Chinese coins have a lot of varieties. Even a used Krause from a couple of years back would be better.
