    That's this month's wedding dress. It was running last week but got pulled by ebay because they don't allow "joke" auctions. They have a strange idea of what a joke is. Anyway, it's up and running again. Robin mentioned it on Howard Stern this morning so traffic probably took off from there. Do a search on "cheese virgin mary" and you'll find hundreds of keyword-spammed auctions.

    it got as high as 9 million before the retractions started.

    Alright, I'll play along.

    Let's say this is an example of epicurean divine intervention. Do you think the Blessed Mother shone upon him so he could win money at a casino? Did he use the winnings to help a charity, a family in need, or just get a drunk off the street? Now, he wants to sell this Godly relic for absurd amounts of money that I'm sure he intends to pocket (or buy a new Plasma TV). If this was a real case of divine inspiration, wouldn't he be swayed by his reclaimed soul to donate this awesome holy tidbit to a children's hospital to aid the sick, or to a shelter, or send it to Iraq to work its magical powers for peace? If this is real, the Blessed Mother's intentions sure didn't take root in this loser.

    Beelzebub awaits him.

    Doesn't need to be said but this lady is certainly an obvious fraud and a liar. The biggest laugh is that this sandwich had something to do with her winning $70,000 in a casino - if she actually really won anything at all. Why would she not keep the lucky sandwich and keep winning more money? - LOL. Because if in fact she did win the money, she has lost it all back. And that sandwich either ain't 10 years old or it was stored in a freezer. I know she's not fooling anybody here but I make the points to say that she may want to hook up with our boy Gabe Gordon from the "Dueling Mantles" thread - they would make a good scamming couple.

    Well, that auction sucks. It's a PAYPAL only auction. I don't do paypal, so that means I can't sell my home, my cars,
    and all my stuff to buy this piece of bread. That guy has some nerve making it a paypal only auction. And I sure
    wanted that piece of bread. I wonder if I spend that much and just keep making toast that one of them might come
    out looking like that. Then I could sell it on eBay and make all my money back.

    I just looked this seller's feedback and this person just received two negatives for late or non-delivery. The seller's excuse was the he/she just suffered through 4 hurricanes. Talk about bad luck. I wonder where this sandwich was when all of that happened? image

    Stone, do you just collect random images? You're like Dennis Miller and the Corbis collection.

    Calleocho, I probably will go satellite but not till he makes the switch. I just wonder about how it'll work. I'm in the Central time zone and his show is delayed an hour so it's on 6-10 like in the east. If it's on in realtime, that'll be less attractive because I'm not getting up that early even for Howard. Still, for $12 a month I think it'll be worth it.

    Nice photo! I was thinking of Marlene but came up with the other - that's right on!
    On the photos - I collect them from the internet and search for others on a regular basis - I guess I have too much time on my hands! I hope that it adds interest to our posts.

    dude, Stone, this person is obviously a corpse that had been deceased and sitting in the sun for approximately 4 weeks when this picture was taken..
