Hello Darksiders - basic inquiry on collecting Canadian

I'm getting interested in Canadian silver coinage from 1900-1940s. Can anyone point me in the general direction of finding basic information on dimes through dollars for this period? Either internet sites or which reference books would be best to get started. If a Canadian version of the Redbook existed, that would be perfect.

Thanks,
Casey

Charlton Standard Catalogue of Canadian Coins. The Canadian 'Red Book'.

    It costs about $14.

Krause publishes an annual guidebook on US, Canadian and Mexican prices. It's pretty close to the mark on Canadian and also costs about $14.
