Although the number of mint state 1913-S dimes for PCGS and NGC is above 100 they are still very elusive and hard to find as people tend to hoard them. Mintage for the coin was only a little over 500,000. This is a very well struck example with some light gold toning on both sides. The reverse shows a planchet flaw on the rim at 10:00 which is barely noticeable and especially because it is slabbed. The flaw does not detract from the beauty of the coin at all. Just noted for accuracy. I have upgraded my set and this coin needs a new home. I am asking $650.00 for the coin. I will pay the shipping and the insurance.
