I don't think it would be at any public library, though it would be in the ANA library. You can buy the vam book or the top 100 vam book. Ebay would be a good place to see if anyone is selling their copy cheap.
  • allmancoins.com usually has the big VAM book at a discount. I got mine from them
  • eBay would definitely be the first place to look for the book at a discount to retail. I would highly recommend obtaining a spiral bound copy of the big book, if you can locate one. I can't speak for the hard back edition of this book, but the paper back edition will fall apart at the binding if you use it enough. I recently obtained a spiral bound copy and find it much easier to work with.

I bought the paperback copy from the publisher on eBay for $35.00, plus $3.00 shipping about a year or so ago. Has not fallen apart yet. I would like the hardback edition though.

As said, I would check eBay first.
  • Ebay has spiral VAM's 4 $24.99 Buy it Now $2.25 s&h
