Just started my first Registry Set of Sac $1. I noticed some PCGS PR69 DCAM Sac's that are signed by the Mint Director. Should a premium be paid for these? I know it has no added value as far as the Registry but I was just wondering. What are your thoughts about the Sac $1 in General. What does the short and longe range future hold for these?
