NEW submission Questions (2) - multiple forms??

Hello all

I have about 50 cards for the "Nov. Special" - the submission forms I have all list "20" lines for cards.

1 - May I just use a second and third form, in the same box, for all the cards....ie - do I have to ship 20 cards separately for each "invoice" I use.

2 - Where do the PSA employees prefer that I write "November Special" on the submission forms?

Thanks all, for any answers!

  • Dal,

What I've been told, and done in the past is:

    1) Just use as many forms as you need, in this case 3 for 50 cards. On the 2nd and 3rd page, cross out the submission number and replace it with the submission number from the first page. Thus you always want just one submission.

    2) Write it at the top of the submission form, and more importantly, on the outside of the box you ship. And always ship Registered Mail!!

    Good Luck
    Looking for:
    1953 Topps in PSA 8
    1941 Playball in PSA 8.
1952-1955 Red Man cards in 7 and 8
    1950 Bowman in PSA 8
  • Thanks 53!

This is my first official submission, so I'd like to make as few goof-ups as possible!

I just tend to drop a stack of cards in a blue mailbox, no packaging or anything. Just dump them in there. The PO will see all the card savers with stickers and line numbers, and they know where to send them.

When I send an order in for grading, can I ask to receive back the containers my cards were originally in before being graded?

no. they will not return them
unless your card is rejected and not
graded for some reason, then you will
get it back in the same cardsaver you sent it
in, but with lots of extra stickers on it.
