Coinguy1 to be commended.

I occasionally visit Mark Felds site to see what he is offering.
I always see very collectable coins. By collectable, I mean very nice for the grade, eye appeal, and at a fair price.
What I especially like are his descriptions which seem forthright and honest.

Mark is a true collectors dealer - patient and up front - a first class dealer - those that have no dealings with Mark are depriving themselves of much he has to offer.

  • Mark really is a good dealer and a great guy all around. He must not be one of those so called wannabes because he is coming up with some great coins at goooood prices.

I tole Mark I would deal with him if he ever got any decent 1897 material but he just doesn't ever get any. He seems like such a nice guy not to be able to get any of my hard earned $$$.
I'll not go as far as to say he smells like fresh air though.

Mark has a wonderful eye for quality, is patient and as honest as the day is long, and is a truly nice person as well. That is a tough act to follow in any profession.

  • Now if only Mark were not so cheap in his selling prices, he may actually be able to build up an inventory of coins for us to look at. I guess when you have great coins and atractive prices it will always be hard to keep any around for very long.

I am glad you are doing so well Mark. You work hard and deserve it!image

As I said the other day, he's one of the few dealers I can trust with my back turned.image

Mark is a great guy... so far, he's placed the two most valuable coins in my collection with me. That said, one took 4 months to find, the other about 8 since I asked him for help. And he searched, and he found coins perfect to what I had asked. He's definitely a good guy image

(and if you haven't, check out that 1860 proof dollar he's got... that's a pretty coin image)
