Anyone know what is the worst BCS ranking for a conference champ?

B.C. is better than the rating sytem gives them credit for and deserves a decent bowl bid!

some people say possibly BC against Miami in the sugar bowl.
I really don't follow the bowl stuff so I don't even know if thats possible.
