Memorial bags you see, but the Original $50 face value bags of mint sewn wheat cents, especially from Philadelphia are pretty darn scarce.

$50 face value (100 rolls or 5000 uncirulated coins). Guaranteed original and untampered. I got this from a very reliable source.

In a way yes I am. The quantity of coins in the bag is equal to that of 100 rolls. They are not acutally rolled, as from what I understand these bags were shipped to banks like this, and then the banks themselves rolled them.

I mentioned 100 rolls if someone was trying to do the math on roll bid etc.
