    This token is listed in Charlton's Catalogue of Canadian Coins (1963) as BR 1003. A fairly common token.

    Value: VG $10C, F $15C, VF $30C

    Yours looks VG-F ish to me. Note: Canadian tokens have been bringing good prices lately, wouldn't surprise me if you got $10-$15US for it on the Bay.
