I've ben slowly looking (boy are the 2d and 1d coins small) at my newly "discovered" Maundy sets - here's a partial report:
Young head sets:
As previously indicated the 1854 & 1855 sets are Gem sets and nicely toned - at this time NFS.
The 1873 is Choice (63 quality) and will be available for sale
The 1877 is near Gem and NFS (its my only Young head with a dated box)
1885 Choice (63 quality and will also be available for sale
Jubilee Head
1888 Choice to near gem (63-64 quality) and I'm going to keep that one
1885 Choice (63 quality and will also be available for sale
Mature (old) Head
1896 Choice to near gem (63-64 quality) will also be available for sale
(I haven't looked carefully at the other Mature head Vickys yet)
Edward VII
The 1903 & 1904 are Choice - MS63 quality both will also be available for sale
The 1905, near Gem set with muted toning available for sale
The 1906, 1907 & 1908 are all Gem with the 1906 an exceptional Proof-like Cameo set - it looks one of the very earliest struck sets as the coins all have incredible mirrors - - for the time being I'm going to keep all 3 of these sets. I'll try and image the 1906 - but my gues it will be like trying to tke a photo of a mirror.
No pictures yet - have to upload them to the computer and and crop out my fingers, and then upload to a host web-site for posting here. I took photos of several of the sets - but not the individual coins - they're tooo small & my macro setting doesn't allow me to get close enough for a decent picture.
No more posting tonight - my wife has made an apple crisp and invited guests - so later (probably tomorrow)

Collecting eye-appealing Proof and MS Indian Head Cents, 1858 Flying Eagle and IHC patterns and beautiful toned coins.
