I tried to post a photo from my documents but how can I reduce the size of the photo to 50kb to attatch it? Maybe I don't have the technology as my camera is three years old.

Easiest way is to pull it into Paint. On the "Image" menu, choose "Stretch/Skew". Select the same percentage for vertical and horizontal in the "stretch" boxes, (less than 100). Save it. Bang. Smaller picture.

Another way is to use a photo hosting service like TinyPic
They can take your JPG image and resize it for you.
Then you use the Picture in a frame icon above on the editor screen to add the TinyPic URL link to your mesaage.
