Selling tips?

2 questions

I want to sell some dup/trip proof sets from 56-04, and modern commems ( All original packaging).

Most Brick and Motars tell me 20-25% below (Greysheet) bid.

From your experieince, what is typical at a local (75 table) show? I have read earlier is usually better, so the dealer has a chance to flip them.

Q2 In general, are you beeter off with a tarde + cash ( Dealer makes a liitle on bid and ask when he flips?)

Example (prices are for sake of argument -From july greysheet)

If a dealer has a 1999 silver proof for ask ( B- 232 A -245) and I need it, what is a fair amount of other sets to offer in trade?

IE 2001 silver ( B107 A 117) + 2002 silver ( B62 A 66) + 2001 10 pc ( Bd 66 a 70) + Cash (?)
Question is should I sum the bids for what I am offering, or 90% bid, between bid and ask?
I know it's all about what he needs and feels he can flip, but ball park, what is not isnsulting, or too much on the table?
I would like to do this trade sat/sunday- Thanks in advance
