Looking at eBay's Rules...Good thing they enfoce this one...

The following examples violate eBay's Authenticity Disclaimer Policy:
"I cannot guarantee the authenticity of this item, so please bid accordingly."

Wonder if they have ever searched for 152 Topps Mantle or T 206 Wagner?

These examples should also violate eBay policy:

"I found this 1952 Mickey Mantle card in my grandpa's attic. I don't know anything about cards, but it looks real because it is beat up. There is a small amount of paper missing from the reverse. Buy It Now: $4,999. Western Union only, please."

I have these in my store in London. Please contact us before bidding.
  • Unfortunately, Ebay will not do anything unless an auction is formally reported, using the correct "reporting topic" link for the complaint.

I have reported about 20 "authenticity disclaimers", and every auction has been pulled....now I cannot tell you WHY the auctions were pulled (could've been for another reason), as ebay will not release that info due to "privacy".

Here's the link to report authenticity disclaimers

Scroll to the bottom and click "report".

Just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents
