Sealed coin

Can someone tell me if the mint sealed coins in plastic with Red, Blue and light Blue bands accross the seal? Thanks

    Those coins were sealed by the mint in mint sets as has already been indicated. The 3 blue ones are from Philadelphia, the red Denver. Originally, they were together with several other coins in the complete set, but the ones you have have been cut into singles.
