Ultimate PSA Sampler Set Question

Can an existing card already registered in one of your other sets be used in the "Ultimate PSA Sampler Set"?
Anybody got any general comments about this monumental type set?

    It is my understanding that this is allowed. I think you can also register the same card in a regular & master set as well as a regular & player set. image

    You can register the same card in multiple sets.


    I think the idea is good but the selections for the sampler set is too arbitrary. Probably a single collector gave his input and this is his set.
