Some toned coins, like this Toned 1943-D PCGS MS66FS really look nice, and I would buy it even though it wouldn't match my type set, but at 10x the price of this other 1943-D PCGS MS66FS, why would I even want to risk the AT vs NT game?
is 10x markup for nice toned coins normal?

I don't think so, but some people do.....
but what i do know is you should get into wildly toned pre 1915 proof and ms type coins
many more times rarer and sometimes available and there are many scarce value opportunity coins out there
but you need to keep looking hard

I dunno - I didn't look at the second coin. I didn't get past the coin slot machine.
