PSA Submission template

Hi all,
I just wanted to share a simple spreadsheet I put together to input the required information on cards being submitted to PSA. On my latest submission, I filled out the submission form and wrote "See attached" in the main area - and simply attached a print out of the excel spreadsheet (completed of course). I found this much easier to fill out - especially for a large order.
Someone may have already created one, but attached is my copy.
Regards,
Greg M.

I'm trying what you suggested. I can copy the lines of code after #25 okay, but I can't paste from my clipboard to the sheet. "Paste" is grayed out.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!
Nick
Thanks!
Thanks,
Glen

wow! what a great page for the HTML impaired such as myself! thanks for the link Zodiac..
<< <i>Since you guys are talking computer stuff, I thought I would ask you guys. When editing my registry descriptions, I want to put a line space between paragraphs. How is this done? I know that <b> is bold. There must be one for a line space?
Thanks,

Glen, "BR" inside <> will do the trick.
JEB.
*****Edited because I forgot that "BR" inside <>, will do the trick!*****
Glen, putting "br" inside the <> brackets is HTML for a line BReak, or you can put "p" inside the <> brackets to start a new Paragraph (looks like a double line break).

Greg M.

It wouldn't take much work at all on the part of their programmers, and would make our life a lot easier, and probably theirs too so they wouldn't have the people that "hand write" a form for more than 20 or 25 cards (whichever the form has now).
just my 2cents
<< <i>you can also enter all your cards and save it so that you have an electronic copy and just print it out. >>
Pack Collector:
I cannot get the file to save the data that I have added to the form (such as sport, year, name, etc.). Is there a way the form must be saved in order to capture the data that is added?
Thanks,
John
