Go to Ebay help and type in "contact". There should be a link to contact a seller or buyer.

I believe you have to be a winning bidder on one of their auctions. Otherwise it's a privacy issue and you can't get any personal info on a seller.

If you need more info, Mike, just let me know. You DO have to have been involved in a transaction with them. Could be simple as placing a bid in a current auction, etc.
