Here's something I REALLY enjoy doing....

Reading auction catalogs......new ones that I can bid in and old ones so that I can wish that I had bid on the ones that looked good that went cheap.

They're just like coins - only in book form.image

It's fun to look at the pics in the front and guess the grades.
Next I look up the coin and see how far off I was.image

I love looking at auction catalogs- old and new. Last week I was looking at an old catalog from the early 90's and I found a coin that was pretty cool looking and thought it would have been a nice coin to own- a little while later I realized I did bid on it and I still owned it! mike
  • The new Superior auction catalog is really nice. I thumbed through that one a couple times.
