Do you think GAI grades sheet-cut OPC cards?

It is hard to tell from the small scan, but GAI has been known to make a lot of mistakes.

I was told they don't grade cut sheets.
It's hard to tell from the scan since it's not a close up
but just about all of the OPC hockey I've seen them grade
have roughness on the edges. If you're interested in that
card, I'd ask for a close up scan.
