COA question

Ok I think we can all agree that a COA from a reputable company is important. Right?
I recently was able to buy an autograph shoe from a Reebok/FinishLine contest.
I took a nice pic and scanned the COA and listed it on Naxcom for sale.
Well recently I came across another one for sale so I bought it. As I was looking at the persons listing for it I noticed they spelled the players name different than what it should be. I then checked my listing on Naxcom and noticed I mispelled the name too and the COA was wrong.
Well I contacted Reebok about this and they just assumed I had won it and said they would send out a replacement COA. I then told them I had another shoe coming and if the COA was wrong on that could I get another replacement.
They told me no. They also said that because I bought these I was lucky they were replacing the one COA and probably wouldn't do anyhting about the second one.
