COA question

Ok I think we can all agree that a COA from a reputable company is important. Right?
I recently was able to buy an autograph shoe from a Reebok/FinishLine contest.
I took a nice pic and scanned the COA and listed it on Naxcom for sale.
Well recently I came across another one for sale so I bought it. As I was looking at the persons listing for it I noticed they spelled the players name different than what it should be. I then checked my listing on Naxcom and noticed I mispelled the name too and the COA was wrong.
Well I contacted Reebok about this and they just assumed I had won it and said they would send out a replacement COA. I then told them I had another shoe coming and if the COA was wrong on that could I get another replacement.
They told me no. They also said that because I bought these I was lucky they were replacing the one COA and probably wouldn't do anyhting about the second one.

Looking for tough Game Used and Autos in Football and Baseball, expecially Phillies, Orioles, Redskins, Steelers, Eagles and Raiders.
<< <i>Get someone else to call with a different address, and say they won it and ask for a corrected version. I would hope they ask for the original copy in return first, or you could make a new version of the sneaker and keep the whole chain going and make several pairs. >>
Actually no they didn't ask for me to send in the wrong COA. I was kinda suprised at that.
Hopefully if the second COA is wrong I will be able to talk to someone at Reebok to get it corrected without having to lie and say I won it. That is something I won't do.
I think what kinda makes me mad with this is Reeboks unwillingness to fix the mistake. In my opinion it shouldn't matter if I won it or bought it, a mistake is a mistake.
could this item now be considered rare and valuable being a rare errored item? Error cards alot of times fetch higher $$ than regular card. Just my 2 cents...

Anyway, Reebok did send me a replacement COA. However it was mispelled again the same way as the original. I couldn't believe it.
So I just emailed them again to see what happened. Hopefully they will send corrected versions.
How the heck can they not be responsible? They made the mistake.
You people should let your hatred of me go, it's just not healthy.
Total number of COA's now.
3 - Mispelled Versions
2 - Correct Versions
This one person has an old scoreboard stamp he uses to fake alot of autographs. People have reported him but ebay doesn't do anything about it.
