I can only hope that one of the sportscard dealers named in the suit was Broadway Rick's Strike Zone. Heck, NBC had already done the AG's work for them on that one.

Funny how for a guy with 8 posts, you would infer that much from what I said.
thats because after my 1st post (about mlbhookup) it was suggested that i was him.i chose to ignor then, as i'm not him.please, even (you said) i could put together a sentence. 2004 7:59 PM (NEW!) you said:
I don't understand. This guy's English/typing skills are ok, but he has the revolving caps lock feature in place. I don't think that tinas/mlhookup would be able to construct sentences as well as that.

in the post you just bumped! now people will just think i'm insane.
No capital letters anywhere. I'm not jumping to any conclusions, but if you're not who you say you aren't, then you picked a really bad time to jump into the old thread (your first post being one to discredit our boy ML to the Hizzle).
In the civil settlement, Robert Baranovich and his son, Steven Baranovich, of West Babylon in Suffolk County agreed to pay $10,000 in penalties and restitution, Spitzer said.
The Baranoviches were accused of making 170 phony eBay bids on 165 of their sports memorabilia items.
Being in the car business. I know for a fact that this is a common practice by many auto dealers on E-Bay. This just scratches the surface of what is really going on. Glad to see someone got caught. I have sold about 100 cars on E-Bay and never shilled any of them. Even had customers tell me their bids were 1000 more and I could have pumped up the price. It's just not worth it, and Karma always gets you in the end.
i can understand why some people would be a little upset but i dont thinks its that big of a deal.
when i bid on things on ebay i know what i want to pay for a certain item. i don't care how much someone bids up a auction, if its not in the range i want to pay i dont bid or i let it go.
