Question on The Top 100 Morgan Dollar Varieties Book?

I have the Comprehensive Catalog and Encyclopedia of Morgan and Peace Silver Dollars (4th ed.) by Leroy C. Van Allen and A. George Mallis. Published 1998. Does the Top 100 Morgan Dollar Varieties Book contain higher quality photographs than the larger Catalog and Encyclopedia or is it the same material in a different format?

Much better photos. If you're getting into Morgan varieities there's also a Hot 50 book, a 1921-D Book by Rob Joyce, the 1878 Reverse of 1878-S by David Wang, and promised books on clashed varieites and the 1878 Reverse of 1878 dollars coming you. It's an exploding area...
