To All WHRC Customers:

If you visited our website over the last couple of weeks, you may have noticed intermittent problems with our shopping cart system. It seems our business outgrew the system we were using. Rather than patch up the old one, we completely overhauled the shopping cart. In the process, we added a number of new features and improvements as well as a slight change in the "look and feel" of the site. We are quite pleased with the results and invite you to check out our "new and improved version":

Some key new features we think you'll like on the new site include:

Registration--you can now register on the site and then not have to enter your address, etc. when placing future orders.

Search/Sort--we have added the ability to search our inventory as well as sort your search or our existing categories.

Shipping Options--we now allow you to choose from a menu of shipping options that best fits your desire for delivery time versus expense.

Coupons/Discounts--the new system makes it much more practical to offer coupons and discounts. So, expect to see more of these types of deals from us. We know you will like this improvement!

Gift Certificates--you can now buy and redeem e-Gift Certificates on our site. Perhaps this is a good way to get just the coin you want for a special occasion.

Wish List/Gift Registry--see something you like but not yet ready to pull the trigger? Add it to your Wish List until you're ready to purchase it. Or, set up a Gift Registry using your Wish List and let friends and relatives know just what you want for that special occasion.

Order History--you can now look back through your prior orders. You can also use this feature to request a return if you need to return something for some reason.

We are also in the process of changing some of the graphics on the site. At this point, some pages still carry the old graphics. Over time, we'll make everything look consistent. For now we are happy everything is working again and we have a lot of new features.
