Should you reply if you ask a price plus shipping?

I'm still kinda new to the boards, and have been selling some stuff.
Should someone who says they're interested in your item and ask for S&H price
respond to your response, or should you just take it as they don't wanna pay it.
I've had people wanting my items and I give S&H and because of the weight( mint & Proof set)
I tell them 4.00 for Priorty mail plus insurance if wanted. And I've been getting no responses.
Am I being put off to easy or should I expect at least a no thank you.

IMO there is no need for a reply.

Better yet, if the S&H was included with the coin info there would be no need for any emails (as regards S&H).

I just take a lack of response as a no. I guess it's better than being told your S/H is a rip-off.

But if you are only charging $4.00 plus insurance by Priority Mail, I don't think the S/H is the problem.

Perhaps you should just list it in your posts and people won't have to ask?
