    I think he's a good choice. I'd really like to show up Steinbrenner, who always likes to take ex-Mets and have them excel.

    I thought it was funny how Chris "Mad Dog" Russo slammed the decision on the fan yesterday. First he slams the Mets for signing him,and then he slams them for paying him "only" $500,000/year. I guess it was $600,000. Since he is a first time manager,how much should he make? As a mets fan,I'm optimistic about the signing. But I hope the mets give him some players to work with.
