Got a little lite side toning and a little dark side toning today in the mail

I received that Morgan I won on Ebay a few days ago and she's everything I expected - really nice colors that are extremely hard to capture because of the prooflike surfaces. The chatter on the face is mainly scuffing that you see a lot on frosted PL and DMPL surfaces, so they're not dug into the coin and thus the coin in hand is extremely appealing.

I also got a darkside piece that I thought was really cool and I wanted to share with you. It's a German One Mark from 1901, and I would venture to say that it's in MS66/67 condition. Booming luster beneath exquisite purplish blue color - it's hard to keep from staring at it. It's about the size of a 20 cent piece, not nearly as big as the picture, but I wanted to capture as much of it as I could. Enjoy! image
