i just lost a card for $11.50.. i had a $50.00+ snipe on it.. esnipe says "eBay connection problem".. argh! i just sent their sorry a$$es $15 bucks yesterday! i wish i could take it back..

That's rotten luck - I actually won a lot where the message on the snipe board said "connection problem" - we're in the hands of machines and sh!t happens. Sorry it happened to you.

i think the problem was with ebay, not the snipe service.

The problem was with Ebay, or so they told me yesterday. I lost 6 auctions because of it, but they claim it is fixed now. In the email response to me, they reminded me that "bidding in the last seconds of any auction is very risky". No kidding - that is why I pay you, esnipe!

In the last 18 months that I've used Esnipe, this has happened once. I'll take those results everytime

It was eBay's problem as I had a snipe not go off using JustSnipe. The only times I've had problems with eSnipe is when eBay itself had problems and then I got credits from eSnipe.
