  • hard to believe that this card could go for that much but we all have seen some crazy things lately with tough low pop psa graded cards.

could someone post a link to the auction?

    Stump,
Even that seems a bit steep and 6 or 7, but you know those Met and Yankee collectors. The Tresh in 9 didnt go anywhere near that and its just as tough.

    Stump,
Just looked at the bids. Looks to me like 2 bidders both put in what they considered winning bids never expecting it to get that high. 1 got caught.

You are absolutly right. Two guys in the wrong bidding war. I also agree the Tresh is just as tough. The met and yankee fans were out on the Jones.

  • Bob/Dave: Pantsmanfish just outbid EO on a 72 Jones in Action (probably tougher than the 69, as it was a 1/1). I think he would have been ok with winning it for $1500.

Wowza! That's a tough card but that's PSA 9 superstar pricing. I'm very content with my 8. image
