The card was also trimmed "uphill" toward the left margin. I am very surprised that GAI had trouble catching this one. It looks quite apparent even on this scan that the card was altered in numerous ways. I would be weary of anyone willing to trade you anything of value for an item that you express concern as to it's authenticity to begin with. In other words, Greg's willingness to take the card makes the deal suspect immediately. I'll tell you, since I started doing 70's cards and breaking my own product, collecting got much easier. This stuff is a shame.
Chip, More common than most people would like to think. Say, the green tint that some of you guys have--tastes a little musty--is that common to the potato-chip industry? I get one now and again when I'm mauling the bejesus out of a bag of "Lay's" and have to quickly get another chip on my tongue before I yak...is this common to the actual potato(e) (The "e" is for election day ) or just the chip?

Haven't there been other threads along this line, on that board, with this seller?
Maybe there are multiple '14 Cracker jack cards of Johnson with the same right side stain and hole (or scar) above the HN.... (uh, maybe not).
This could get interesting......or sad, depending on your viewpoint.
