WTB: US Holed Coins

Looking to buy US coins with numistic value (Not common date rossie dimes, for example) that are holed. Willing to pay competitive prices. How about holed and plugged? I have an 1805 Bust dime, ANACS net graded that is plugged. (Not cleaned too!)

I also have an ANACS holed (not cleaned!) 1807 Bust half. Interested?

Hey, Braddick: how come you didn't tell me about the 1805 dime?

Is that 1807 half Draped or Capped, and did Mr. Thigpen buy it, or not? I have a Draped Bust 1807 half, but not the Capped Bust one.

Dthigpen- I gotta a lot of stuff but no time to list it at the moment. When I get it all together I am gonna send all my duplicates that are worth less than ten bucks or so off to HCCC members who replied to my giveaway thread way back when. There will be a few nicer pieces than that, though. I do have two extra Draped Bust quarters.

I saw a few holed Flying Eagles at a local coin show this past weekend.....wasn't sure of their value though....condition was probably around VG to F...just a guess since I don't know the series.
Hmm....maybe I should have bought a few.....?

I purchased the 1807 Draped Bust Half from braddick, a very attractive looking coin for its grade and with a nicely placed and 'clean' hole - I really do need to get a good macro lens for my camera so I can start providing photographs.

Let me know when you've sorted through the nicer duplicates that you have that you are looking to sell, would also be interested in one of the draped bust quarters.

I'm pretty pleased with the 1807 Draped Bust half I just got from granddad, for fifty bucks in trade.



I've always loved Draped Bust halves. Collectively, all the Draped Bust coin designs would probably be my favorite US coins.
