How do you tell if you have the worst graded PCGS coin?

The pop reports don't go low enough and group VG-VF and lower all in one category. Do you have to create a registry set to find out how many are less?---------------BigE

You receive a phone call from Braddick inquiring about the status of your collection!

That's right!

If you have a coin graded Poor-01, you know there's nothing lower.
Pop that puppy into your Registry set and if it shows up as a pop 1 coin, then you know you've got THE worst one. (I've got two different dates with this distinction! -- 1886-P Morgan and 1895-S Morgan.)
My PO01 Liberty Cap Cent shows up in the registry as pop 1 but not in the population report?

Then you've got THE one and only worst one!

Regarding your Fair-02s being the lowest... how do you know there aren't any Poor-01s that have been graded?
By the way, that 1794 is nice!!
Nice cent! Bet you get some pm's for that beauty.
It doesn't seem like it would be all that difficult at all to break down the lower grades individually, you would think?
Other than what Dennis said about it having to be a pop 0/1 PO01, I don't know any other way you can tell.
BigE my man, How's it been?

Not perfect by any means but hey, when you're working in the dark with low grade coin pop's, even a smoldering match stickseems like a lot of light!
Here's one of my favorite PO01's.....a 1797 Bust $1 small Eagle 9x7 stars (and a pop 0/1):
