I've never submitted a coin to a non-US grading service but I've owned a few. One was from the Australian Coin Grading Company (a GB 1933 Halfcrown in MS64) and number of English coins graded by ICCS in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Both "slabs" look about the same as they are basically just a lined and sealed 2 1/2 in. flip. From what I've seen ICCS has a decent reputation but I have some concerns about the integrity of the holder for upper end coins. This may not be a valid concern but they didn't have a website the last time I checked so I have not had this point addressed...hope this helps.
