To be or not to be?

This seller may be a perfectly good character, but check out this auction.
What's the use of a title if his description in the body of the auction says the card is not as described in the title of the auction?
edited to try to make this more clear - I don't think it's possible, though.

Description reads:
"Up for auction is a 1958 Hires Root Beer #53 - Sammy White. This card is a nice example from the popular and tough-to-find set. A bit of minor wear prevent this card from being NM, but a very nice card. The bottom of the card notes the perferations where the tab was detached. Will start bidding on this item at $7.99. S&H on this item will be $2.00 (in a padded mailer). Bid with confidence as my feedback is 100%. Thanks for looking and check out my other auctions!"

So what is the grade of this card? It looks VG/EX to me, but the seller's grade claim is important since he holds the card. I could be wrong, but I think the title and description of this auction is totally useless.

I Agree Mark - I don't like deceptive titles. Him stating something about the only thing keeping....is like
the only thing keeping Madonna from being a virgin is all the guys she slept with!
