    How can the PC pop say that there are THIRTEEN specimens of the 78CC above MS63? Isn't the correct number more like TWO?

    It is well known the forth person who likes these arcane coins "doesn't work at the hospital" his family had him committed TO A Hospital! And of course TDN's TD's are nearly perfect, they were only legal tender in China and sat unspent in draws for years. They're pretty when the Home Shopping Network has them colorized though. image

    I've seen 5 or 6, but there was one nice MS64 that got resubmitted 6-7 times in the late 1980's and inflated the pops.
