There is a picture on the right in the first paragraph but sometimes takes a while to load. - go figure.

That is funny!! It looks like a tourist token and it's odd that it has four loops added. Some Middle Eastern and Muslim African women wear jewelry made of coins joined together (sort of chainmail fashion), so this might have been so used.
