I see it still has some luster -- nice!! It's hard to date these, I'm afraid. They were struck for many years, long after Oudiné died. I suspect they ceased issuing these before WWI, but I've come across nothing on their span of issue.
Gotta love the Ceres design. I am starting a collection of the francs and centimes.

I've seen a number of medals with the Ceres head but none (I think) like this one that seem to be an exact duplicate of what was used on the coins, for instance, a 1850A five francs.
