I don't think we could name all of the chemicals at this point.......my hunch is that it glows in the dark as well

You can see that he's played with two of the images... i'd say chemical job, but the two images that are played with make it the royal blue.

The coin has a lot of surface damage on the obverse over Ms. Morgan and on one of the reverse images the breast of the eagle
appears completely bald. I am unimpressed.

There is rim damage on the reverse as well between the "E" and the "D" around 6 o'clock...........that alone would keep this from holdering even if the color wasn't questionable at best.

It looks like someone grabbed some bright blue sidewalk chalk, and just went to town on the obverse- I'm surprised at how high the bidding went....
